Bruno Cazzin was born in Padova, Italy.
He started his culinary activity in his early years, working in small Pizzerias and cruise ships. When Bruno was 30 years old he was already a senior cook, paving his career path in the restaurants of Italy and Switzerland. In 1986, and later in 1993 and in 1997 he has participated in food festivals. He has conducted courses for preparing Italian dishes, confectionery and ice-cream in Manila (Philippines) at “Intercontinental” Hotel and in Nanjing (China) at “Grand” Hotel.
In 1998, “Ai Leoni” Italian Restaurant was opened in Armenia, where Chief Cook Bruno Cazzin was invited. He developed a rich culinary menu. Which became the recipe for the success of the Restaurant.
In 2000-2005, he left for Bucharest (Romania). For five years he worked at Marriott Hotel of Bucharest as Chief Cook. Enriching his cookery skills more and more, he returned to “Ai Leoni” in 2006 and recreated wonderful dishes, by tasting of which you will have the desire to return again. Up to this date, “Ai Leoni” Restaurant enjoys the love and the trust of its customers thanks to Bruno Cazzin’s culinary art.
